DESCRIPTION:PROGRAMME and REGISTRATION FORM \n  \nP R E S E N T A Z I O N E  d e l  C O N V E G N O\nIl trattamento delle neoplasie uro-oncologiche\, in particolare vescica rene e testicolo\, è molto cambiato negli ultimi 15 anni e questo soprattutto grazie all’introduzione di nuovi farmaci a bersaglio molecolare.\nLa radioterapia fa da sempre parte del trattamento integrato di queste neoplasie\, anche se nel tempo può essere cambiata la modalità d’integrazione di tale tempo terapeutico con gli altri trattamenti (chirurgia e terapia medica).\nObiettivo del convegno\, rivolto soprattutto a Oncologi Radioterapisti\, ma anche a tutti coloro che vogliano un aggiornamento in merito al trattamento delle neoplasie uro-oncologiche\, è quello di descrivere nel dettaglio i recenti progressi ed il loro razionale\, in ambito di terapia medica e radioterapica focalizzandosi poi in particolare\, sulla loro integrazione.\nPer il trattamento medico\, particolare attenzione sarà rivolta al razionale biologico dell’uso di farmaci a target biologico/molecolare sia singolarmente che in integrazione con la radioterapia; per il trattamento radioterapico saranno analizzate e approfondite le possibilità di utilizzo delle moderne tecniche (4D-planning\, IMRT\, VMAT\, SBRT\, IGRT)\, da sole o in integrazione con la terapia medica.\nSempre nell’ambito di un’ottimale integrazione dei trattamenti a disposizione\, una sessione verrà anche dedicata all’analisi della migliore sequenza da adottare per l’uso dei nuovi farmaci attualmente a disposizione nel trattamento della prostata.\nLa discussione finale di casi clinici con esperti nell’ambito delle patologie in oggetto contribuirà a contestualizzare al meglio le discussioni teoriche del resto delle giornate e a rendere così più concreto l’apprendimento.
